What's a credit?

Credits are the one currency for everything you create. Each creation draws a fixed number: an image post is 25 credits (4 for the captions + 21 for the image), a 5-slide carousel is 109, a short video clip is 160, and a reel scene is 290 at draft quality or 500 at full 1080p. Your first two iterations on a creation cost half price — refine freely; further iterations draw the full rate.

When are credits spent?

When a creation is successfully generated and delivered to your library — not when you publish it. Publishing is always free, and a generation that fails is never charged. Make three versions and post your favorite; you paid for the three creations, and posting costs nothing.

Do reels use the same credits?

Yes — one currency for everything. A multi-scene reel is simply the most powerful (and priciest) creation: each scene is quoted before you animate, drafts of the storyboard and still frames spend nothing, and you're charged per delivered scene only. The exact total is on the Animate button next to your balance before you commit.

What happens when I run out of credits?

New creations pause until your monthly allowance resets or you purchase a credit pack, which lets you continue immediately. We never auto-charge you for overages.

Do unused credits roll over?

Your monthly allowance doesn't roll over — it refreshes in full on your renewal day each month (the same day of the month your plan started). Purchased credit packs are different: pack credits never expire, carry over month to month, and are drawn only after your monthly allowance is used. Annual plans work the same way — you're charged once a year and receive your allowance month by month, not all at once.

Is there a VibeDay watermark on my content?

No. Every plan today publishes clean content — no VibeDay watermark on any tier, trial included. If a future plan ever applies one, it will be stated on this page first. Adding your own branding (your logo as a watermark via Brand Kit) is a separate feature available on the Agency plan.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access. You add a card at signup and it's only charged when the trial ends; cancel anytime before then in one click and you pay nothing. We email you before the trial converts, so nothing surprises you.

Is there annual billing?

Yes — pay for 10 months and get 12 (2 months free), on every tier. Annual plans renew yearly at the same rate. Cancel anytime in your billing settings — no email required: you keep access through the end of your current month, and we refund every full unused month left on your term.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings; we prorate the difference automatically. Cancel from the same screen — you keep access through the end of the month you've paid for, and on annual plans we refund every full unused month.

What platforms do you publish to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram (image, video, and carousel), TikTok, and YouTube are live today. LinkedIn and Threads are next on the roadmap.

Where does the AI come from?

We work with best-in-class AI model providers across text, image, and video — picked per medium and routed with automatic failover so a single provider outage never blocks your work. We never train AI models on your content. Full sub-processor disclosure is in our Privacy Policy.
