Delete your data

You can request deletion of your VibeDay account and all associated data at any time. Two paths are available depending on what you want deleted.

Delete your VibeDay account

Sign in to VibeDay and go to Account Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account, brand settings, topics, generated content, and all data within 30 days. During that 30-day window, you may contact legal@vibeday.com to restore your account. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.

Delete only data received from connected social platforms

If you want VibeDay to delete data we received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or other connected platforms without deleting your VibeDay account, email legal@vibeday.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:

  • Your VibeDay account email
  • The platform whose data you want deleted (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • The account identifier on that platform (e.g., your Facebook Page ID)

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Disconnect platforms without deleting data

You can disconnect any social platform from VibeDay at any time in Account Settings → Connected Accounts. Disconnecting revokes our access to the platform but does not delete data we already have. To also delete the data, use method 2 above.
